Power connector backwards in my Maxtor hard drive

I accidentally inserted the power connector backwards in my Maxtor hard drive (split second contact) and a chip on the PCB started glowing. Can you provide a PCB that would allow me to recover the data on this HDD? I can provide any details needed.

Yes it no longer spins. I have attached pictures to this email. You’ll noticed the damaged chip on the top left of the board.
