Hi, I have the above harddisk. Firmware : JC45. P/N:9YP154-516.. The PCB is 100574451 Rev A. The harddisk can be detected by PC3K when powered on. But when I tried to go to Data Extractor, the harddisk becomes BSY. Do I need to short any points in the PCB? Thanks. Regards. Goh
